FAQs

Are there any dates you don’t take bookings for?

We take bookings all year round, except for the period from 10th December to 10th January.

What happens if I want to return early?

Early returns are accepted, but refunds aren’t available unless the hire is cut short due to a fault with the van.

Can I smoke in my hire campervan?

No, smoking is not permitted in our Try Before You Buy vans.

Do I need to cover fuel costs?

Your campervan will be ready to go on the day with a full tank of diesel, and should be returned to us with a full tank also.
