Terms and Conditions for Survey Respondents

These terms and conditions (this “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Camper King Limited (“CamperKing”, “we”, “our” or “us”), registered in England and Wales under company number 07120502, and you (“Respondent”, “you” or “your”) concerning the Club CamperKing Survey made available online to you by us.

1. Responding to Surveys

1. CamperKing shall issue Respondents with a Club CamperKing Survey. Respondents will be invited to complete the Club CamperKing Survey and in return for doing so will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to receive the following incentive – £30 Amazon voucher

2. We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to ensure that all data or information you provide to us shall be accurate and complete.

3. CamperKing reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Club CamperKing Survey or Respondent’s access to this, including where the incentive has been offered.

4. Where the Respondent breaches any provision of this Agreement, CamperKing may declare any offered incentives due to you as null and void, and prevent you from receiving them.

5. As the respondent, you acknowledge and agree that CamperKing is not obliged to maintain the availability of the Club CamperKing Survey. CamperKing will use reasonable endeavours to process your completed survey but may be prevented from doing so by matters beyond its control that may result in the loss or deletion of, or failure to receive, process, or store any Respondent Content (including Survey or poll results or responses)

2. Term

1. This Agreement shall automatically become effective when Respondent agrees to it or you participate in the Club CamperKing Survey that is governed by it.

3. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

1. This Agreement (and any non-contractual obligations relating to or connected with this Agreement) is governed by English law. You and we each agree that the English courts have the jurisdiction for any disputes that arise in connection with this Agreement.

4. Severability and Waiver

1. If any of these terms of use are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms of use are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms of use and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

2. Any waiver by us in writing of any of your obligations hereunder, or any failure to insist upon strict compliance with any obligation shall not operate as a waiver of, or estoppel with respect to any subsequent or other failure of yours.

5. Entire Agreement

1. This Agreement is intended to contain your entire agreement with us relating to the Club CamperKing Survey; we believe it to be fair and reasonable. It replaces all earlier agreements and understandings with you relating to them, except for any fraud or fraudulent representation by either of us.

6. Variations and Notices

1. CamperKing may make changes to the Club CamperKing Survey at any time.

2. CamperKing may revise the terms of this Agreement from time to time and will post the new version of the Agreement on the relevant part of the Site, and the new version will take effect from the date we specify for that new version.

3. All notices and other communications required or permitted to be given by CamperKing to Respondent under this Agreement will be deemed to be properly given on the date when:

a. posted on the Sites; or

b. sent by email to the email address for Respondent last recorded by CamperKing.

c. Respondent may give notices to CamperKing under this Agreement by email to communications@camperking.co.uk

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Camper King Ltd, whose registered office is 13 The Courtyard Timothys Bridge Road, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England, CV37 9NP. Camper King Ltd. is a registered company. Registered Number: 07120502. Registered in England & Wales.

There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw, you will be automatically entered on completion of the Club CamperKing Survey and by providing a valid email address to us.

By entering this prize draw, you agree that your email contact information may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of the terms and conditions. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

How to enter

To be eligible for the prize draw, you will be required to complete the Club CamperKing Survey.

The closing date for survey entries is midnight (GMT) on 30/11/23 and the winner will be notified by email after this date. Late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
